需求描述:

1. Maintain and improve the company's ERP system, and assist in the promotion of new information systems in the company;

2. Collect and organize users' opinions and suggestions on the use of the ERP system, summarize and organize them system requirement documents; propose improvement plans and implement them or provide feedback to the developer;

3. Answer and handle difficulties and problems encountered by users during the use of the ERP system, and track and process abnormal data of the ERP system, guide and coordinate each department to adjust abnormal data that has occurred.

4. Implementation and application of relevant modules of ERP, system process management (mainly responsible for organizing, optimizing, and supervising process operation);

5. Conduct internal training for the main users, and user manuals and development manuals;

6. Analyze the improvement issues raised by various departments, make improvement requirement reports, discuss feasibility and specific solutions with developers, and provide feedback to the department;

7. Query the tables in the database to retrieve data that users need and share it based on user-specific requirements.

Language Proficiency:

Able to use English fluently for conversation, project communication, and leadership reporting.
